November 11th 2008. Phones Back On.
We have now successfully restored the phones. Since then we have been receiving many calls regarding when are services will be back up and running. We are trying our best and hopefully we will be able to continue with the work we do with Horsham Council as from next week.
We have contacted all those who were either expecting a collection or delivery this week and they have all been very understanding. Obviously we will endeavour to find suitable replacement furniture for those people whose deliveries have been effected.
In the meantime if you would like to donate any furniture to Furni-Aid you can either leave a message on our answerphone or email us. We will then have a record of you name, address and contact number. Once we have some storage space we will then be able to contact you to arrange a collection.
Meanwhile we are trying to do as much as we can to sort the business out, then the clear-up operation begins.
